– information related to work experience. We process this data in order to develop the Training Programme according to your needs; legal basis for processing: your consent;
– Photos of you, which may be taken during Courses or other events. We process this data for the purpose of publicising information (e.g. on our Facebook account) about the Trainings or other events that we have organised; legal basis for processing: your consent
– Videos of you that may be taken during the Courses in order to make the Courses material available to other participants who were not physically present at the Courses; the videos are uploaded to our private (not publicly accessible) youtube channel; legal basis for the processing: your consent, the legitimate interest of the participants of the Courses in having access to the Courses material if, for some reason, they were unable to physically attend the Training. If you do not consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of participating in our Courses or other events, you will not be able to participate in the Courses or other events.
For the purposes of direct marketing and advertising, your personal data may be processed as follows:
personal data (name, surname, contact details: mobile phone number and/or email address, other identifiers), history of courses attended. We process this data for the formation of special offers, advertising and other information related to our activities. Legal basis: your consent, as well as our legitimate interest in presenting our services. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes by contacting us at info@koginstitutas.lt. Consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing and advertising purposes is not mandatory and may be given on an optional basis.

We process this data for the purposes of administrating the Alumni Database, providing up-to-date information to alumni and organising events for alumni; legal basis: your consent as well as our legitimate interest in presenting our services. Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of participation in the Alumni Programme is not mandatory and may be given on an optional basis. In what cases do we transfer your personal data? We have the right to use third parties for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the law, such as affiliated companies (Inspired UM/ Inspired Communications Ltd) where they are responsible for carrying out certain functions necessary for the provision of offers to you, IT specialists, database software providers, providers of database administration services, providers of data centres, hosting (servers) and cloud services, companies providing advertising, media planning, public relations and event organisation services, companies providing SMS text messaging services etc.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We will keep your personal data for no longer than required by the purposes of the processing or by law, if a longer retention period is required by law.
We keep personal data and other information processed for the purpose of your participation in our Courses for a maximum of 2 (two) years from the date of the last organised Courses in which you participated.
We keep personal data processed for direct marketing and advertising purposes for a maximum period of 2 (two) years after the last Courses you attended.
In case you participate in the KOG Institute Alumni Programme, your personal data (personal data and courses history) are processed and stored until you submit a written request (e.g. by email) to us to stop processing your personal data.

You have the right to access your personal data and to know how it is processed, to request the rectification, completion or destruction of the personal data provided, and to stop the processing of your personal data (withdrawal of your consent).
